Overpopulation: we know Bangladesh is an overpopulated country it doesn't have enough property to give its people job. Freelancing or outsourcing is really great platform for its country people.

Shortage of job sector: In Bangladesh, there have no enough industries or job sector. For this reason, most of them become unemployed day by day. As freelancing is a contract base work and anyone can do this job from their home also it does not need any office so we can say that it’s really great opportunities for Bangladeshis.

Unemployment: As freelancing is the platform for working job and freelancer can be earning easily so it can remove unemployment problem.

Self-satisfaction: Most of the attractive advantage of freelancing is one can work whatever he or she wants. A freelancer can decide what time he or she works its depend up to his/her own decision.

You are the boss: On this sector, a freelancer doesn't need any permission for the weekend. No one is hanging over or micromanaging them. It's usually about the freedom to be their own bosses and have more say in the kind of work they do. freelancing is about lack of boundaries, it has unlimited choices and unlimited potentiality.
